Refund policy
Since almost all of our products are customizable or personalized, we cannot offer refunds. If a product is shipped with insurance, we will honor refunds for damages related to shipment issues.
Otherwise, all sales are final.
Customizable and personalized products have inherent variations in look, feel, quality, and overall appearance. These are normal and refunds will not be provided based on variation from photos or otherwise.
